2019 Mayor's Summer Internship Program

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

This program is designed for high school and college students.  The internship will be an eight-week program running from June 1 through July 30.  Students, ages 17-21, will be required to work 30 hours per week.  High school interns will earn $10 per hour and college interns will earn $12 per hour.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Submit completed application with documents listed below.  Please attach a copy of all required documents:

If called for an appointment the following documents are required:

  1. Birth Certificate
  2. Social Security Card
  3. State Driver's License or ID Card
  4. School Record or Report Card
  5. Resume
  6. Utility Bill (Proof of Mailing Address)

Application Deadline:  April 23, 2021

Submitting an application to Future Leaders of Shreveport Summer Internship Youth Program DOES NOT guarantee you a summer job or internship.
