The City of Shreveport is undertaking grassroots community efforts to help its citizens combat crime within their neighborhoods and homes. As a part of Operation Safe Neighborhoods, the City of Shreveport is offering its residents equipment and devices designed to give homeowners and law enforcement additional tools to assist with public and personal safety. Equipment packages for this phase of the initiative include one video doorbell and free installation for each qualifying applicant. Applications are limited to one (1) per household and all equipment is subject to availability. Selected applicants will be notified via their preferred method of contact to schedule a date and time for installation.

All cameras are REQUIRED to be registered with the City of Shreveport’s Real Time Crime Center (RTCC). More information about the City of Shreveport’s RTCC can be found at www.shreveportla.gov or by contacting (318) 673-5219.

BY MY SIGNATURE BELOW I CERTIFY AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT:

(1) I am authorized to submit this application to apply for services and equipment for the above-mentioned property; (2) The information provided herein is true and correct; (3) The misrepresentation or intentional omission of information may result in penalties; (4) The City of Shreveport makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding any equipment or services provided under this application. All equipment and related services shall be on an “As Is” and “As Available” basis; (5) By submission of this application, applicant does hereby indemnify defend and hold City, its officers, agents, contractors, subcontractors and employees harmless from any claims resulting from any service provided in connection with this application; (6) Completion and submission of this form does not guarantee their selection for receipt of their requested equipment; and (7) Any camera equipment and related system provided pursuant to this application will be registered with the City of Shreveport’s Real Time Crime Center (RTCC).

A copy of applicant’s driver’s license must be attached and submitted with completed application.
