“Due to an overwhelming response, we have received a sufficient number of electronic WIOA pre-applications to support service delivery and full expenditure of grant funds for the current program year, July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026. Effective January 20, 2026, we have closed the WIOA pre-application period for the current program year.

All pre-applications submitted prior to January 20, 2026 will continue to be reviewed and processed in accordance with program eligibility requirements and funding availability. Submission of a pre-application does not guarantee enrollment or services.

The WIOA pre-application period for the next program year, July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, will open on July 1, 2026.
